your items in a retail store? Serendipities Closet LLC will be renting
space within our store.

We will NOT be taking any Direct Sales Vendors!
We are looking for unique jewelry makers and other apparel items. We
will also take hand crafted gift ideas. If you knit or crochet, we would
like to do an infant and toddler closet. (There will only be ONE! So
you would have exclusive, we prefer a closet rental on these
items rather than one shelf.) We would also like mermaid blankets and
things similar. (This would also be better displayed in a half closet
or full closet space.)
PRICES OF SPACE AND TERMS ARE ATTACHED TO OUR APPLICATION.
If you sell vintage items such as clothing, shoes and accessories we would also like to hear from you!
We are now accepting applications and you can send me a message if you
would like to apply. NO DEPOSIT is required until actual lease is
written.
Serendipities Closet will be opening the first week in
Sept. We are located right in the heart of LaGrange with many other
shops and restaurants. Not to mention the amount of people walking about
this beautiful town daily visiting shops and eating out.
There will be 3 different ways to rent.
1. Rent a full shelf that is 4' long
2. Half Closet
3. Full Closet
Yes, we will have actual closets that will be yours to rent that will open to the public.
All items will receive a UPC for inventory and accurate accounting.
We will be filling the spaces with local small vendors first and then
expanding to those not in the area. It is easier to meet our vendors to
set up inventory and lease agreements.

We WILL NOT accept any handmade soaps, lotions or body scrubs/lotions. There are many FDA guidelines and special insurance that we cannot cover. We are sorry we cannot accept these types of vendors.

Please allow 36 hours for application as we have this
posted in many areas. There are only a limited amount of closets and
shelves to be rented so apply fast!
We will be posting photos of spaces for rent in the next few weeks
as our lease begins on August 1st and that is when the store remodeling
will begin. BUT don't wait to apply because once spaces are gone, they
are gone. You can be put on a waiting list but I was trying to get into a
similar style store and vendors never moved out so I was out of luck!
KEEP IN MIND, THE HOLIDAY SEASON IS STARTING AND THIS IS THE PERFECT TIME TO GET YOUR ITEMS IN A RETAIL SETTING FOR SALES!
